Andrea Pierce, CPP is the Manager, Quality and Compliance, for Industrial Security Service. Andrea joined Industrial Security Service in 2001 and served as the Director of Human Resources for 5 years before she was promoted to her current position. As the Manager, Quality and Compliance, her responsibilities include ensuring that ISS remains compliant with established standards as well as ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations. Andrea is also a Quality Management Representative for the company’s ISO 9001:2000 Quality Management System.
