Results of 2006 Quality Survey Surpass Goal

In an effort to ensure the quality of its services and processes and maintain compliance with ISO standards, Industrial Security Service conducts a yearly client evaluation survey. The results from our recent 2006 quality survey reveal that we have achieved an average score of 8.13, our highest quality score ever. "Based on our 2005 average score of 7.8 out of 10, we set the goal for 2006 at 8.0," said John Andrews, President of ISS. "I'm happy to say that we've surpassed our target for last year."
