In September 2006, we introduced our most recent development in the form of an online training program. By eliminating the structure of the traditional classroom format, trainees are granted greater flexibility for initial programs and continued education. After developing the appropriate curriculum for the position and client requirements, the employee can begin training immediately and complete the requirements during downtime at their facility.
